PLN Energi Gas Wins 3rd Place in the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Category (Under Rp1 Trillion) at the 2024 Annual Report Awards

Jakarta, 8 December 2025 – PT PLN Energi Gas (PLN EG) won 3rd Place in the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Cluster Category (Under Rp1 Trillion) at the 2024 Annual Report Award (ARA 2024). This award serves as recognition of the company’s commitment to producing annual reports that are transparent, accountable, and conducted with integrity, in line with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

The Annual Report Award (ARA) is a national recognition program that evaluates the quality of companies’ annual reports based on the aspects of information transparency, accountability, and sustainable performance. At the ARA 2024, PLN Energi Gas was recognized for consistently and sustainably meeting these evaluation standards.

Acting President Director of PT PLN Energi Gas, Edwin Bangun, stated that this achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the entire company.

“This award is proof of PLN Energi Gas’s commitment to maintaining transparency and accountability in every business process. The annual report is not only a means of complying with regulations but also reflects the company’s performance, strategy, and development direction in supporting the sustainable development of the national gas infrastructure,” said Edwin.

Meanwhile, Bayu Satria Pratama, Acting President Commissioner of PT PLN Energi Gas, emphasized the importance of consistently implementing good corporate governance.

“This achievement reflects the disciplined and continuous implementation of corporate governance. The Board of Commissioners will continue to encourage management to improve the quality of reporting and corporate management in order to strengthen stakeholder confidence,” explained Bayu.

This award serves as motivation for PLN Energi Gas to continue improving the quality of its corporate governance and reporting as a form of accountability to shareholders and all stakeholders.
