PLN Energi Gas Strengthens Leadership Capacity Through Coaching, Mentoring, and Counseling (CMC) Training

Jakarta, 27 November 2025 – PT PLN Energi Gas (PLN EG) continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing the quality of its human resources by holding a Coaching, Mentoring, and Counseling (CMC) Training session on Thursday, November 27, 2025.

The event was attended by the entire structural management team of PLN Energi Gas, ranging from Managers and Vice Presidents (VPs) to the Board of Directors, as part of the company’s efforts to strengthen leadership that is adaptive, humanistic, and focused on sustainable performance.

This CMC training aims to equip leaders with the understanding and skills to apply a coaching approach to improve performance, mentoring for career development and knowledge transfer, and counseling as a form of care for the well-being and mental health of the company’s employees.

Through this training, it is hoped that all PLN Energi Gas leaders will be able to create a more collaborative, supportive, and productive work environment, while also fostering the optimal development of individual potential in alignment with the company’s values and the transformation of work culture within the PLN Group.
