Jakarta, 8 December 2025 \u2013 PT PLN Energi Gas (PLN EG) won 3rd Place in the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Cluster Category (Under Rp1 Trillion) at the 2024 Annual Report Award (ARA 2024). This award serves as recognition of the company\u2019s commitment to producing annual reports that are transparent, accountable, and conducted with integrity, in line with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Annual Report Award (ARA) is a national recognition program that evaluates the quality of companies\u2019 annual reports based on the aspects of information transparency, accountability, and sustainable performance. At the ARA 2024, PLN Energi Gas was recognized for consistently and sustainably meeting these evaluation standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Acting President Director of PT PLN Energi Gas, Edwin Bangun, stated that this achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the entire company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, Bayu Satria Pratama, Acting President Commissioner of PT PLN Energi Gas, emphasized the importance of consistently implementing good corporate governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Board of Commissioners will continue to encourage management to improve the quality of reporting and corporate management in order to strengthen stakeholder confidence,\u201d explained Bayu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
