This event was organized as a gesture of respect and appreciation for the outgoing officials and to welcome the new officials who were appointed through a resolution of the Circular General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on October 1, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The changes in the composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT PLN Energi Gas are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Board of Commissioners<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previously:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chairman of the Board of Commissioners: A Daryanto Ariyadi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissioner: Anang Yahmadi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissioner: Andriah Feby Misna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chairman of the Board of Commissioners: Dedi Budi Utomo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissioner: Andriah Feby Misna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissioner: Bayu Satria Pratama<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Executive Board<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Previously:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CEO: Moh Riza Affiandi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Director of Finance &amp; Human Resources: Rudy Feisal Darwin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CEO: Edwin Bangun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Director of Finance &amp; Human Resources: Rahmi Asnidar Harahap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Director of Operations: Yusuf Kusdinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was attended by the entire management team of PT PLN Energi Gas, employees, and other invited guests. In his remarks, the new CEO, Mr. Edwin Bangun, expressed his gratitude for the dedication of previous executives who had made significant contributions to the company\u2019s growth. He also reaffirmed his commitment to continuing the company\u2019s strategic programs to support national energy security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The outgoing CEO, Mr. Moh Riza Affiandi, also delivered a farewell address. In his remarks, he expressed gratitude for the support of the entire team during his tenure. \u201cI am confident that under the new leadership, PT PLN Energi Gas will continue to advance and be able to meet the challenges of the energy industry in the future. I congratulate all the new executives and wish them the very best for their success,\u201d said Moh Riza Affiandi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The former Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Mr. A Daryanto Ariyadi, also delivered remarks. In his speech, he expressed pride in the company\u2019s achievements during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners. \u201cI am grateful to have been part of PT PLN Energi Gas\u2019s journey. To the new Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, I entrust this great responsibility to continue upholding integrity and supporting the company\u2019s growth,\u201d said A Daryanto Ariyadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Mr. Dedi Budi Utomo, also expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in him to lead the Board of Commissioners.
