Surabaya, 22 August 2023 <\/b>\u2013 PT PLN Gas & Geothermal (PLNGG) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 5 (five) companies and 1 (one) educational institution.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with five companies and one educational institution aims to foster strong synergy and proactive collaboration as part of the PLN Group, and is expected to improve the companies\u2019 efficiency and performance while supporting the business activities of all parties involved.<\/p>\n\n

Through these Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), PLNGG will collaborate with PT Bahtera Adhiguna on the Gresik\u2013Lombok Marine CNG Management Partnership.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, PLNGG is partnering with the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology to provide guidance on establishing the Operation and Maintenance of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).<\/p>\n\n

Furthermore, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed with PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional IV Tarakan regarding the Utilization of Land and Jetties for Power Plant Gasification in Tarakan and Tanjung Selor.<\/p>\n\n

Not only that, PT PLN Gas & Geothermal has also established a partnership with the PT PLN (Persero) Pension Fund and PT Adhi Guna Putera regarding the provision of maritime transportation for gas\/LNG. Through this cooperation agreement, it is hoped that the business potential and resources of each partner company can be optimized, and that mutually beneficial and advantageous business synergies can be created within the PLN Group.<\/p>\n\n

The fifth memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed pertains to a study on the development of a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant between PT PLNGG and PT Arsynergy Resources.<\/p>\n\n

The signing ceremony for this MOU was attended by various parties, including:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Mr. Idaman Sinulingga, Director of Operations at Bahtera Adhi Guna;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Mr. Bambang Pramujati, S.T., M.Sc., Eng., Ph.D., Vice Rector for Research, Innovation, Collaboration, and Alumni Affairs at ITS;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Mr. Rio Dwi Santoso, General Manager of Pelindo Regional IV Tarakan;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Mr. Sandika Aflianto, Director of Investments at the PT PLN Pension Fund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Mr. Denny Pranoto, President Director of PT Adhi Guna Putera; and Mr. Azhar Risyad, President Director of PT Arsynergy Resources.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
