SmartProc App Goes Live, Demonstrating the Company’s Commitment to Creating an Accountable Procurement Process in Accordance with the Principles of Good Corporate Governance

Jakarta, 27 June 2023 – PT PLN Gas & Geothermal today held a go-live event for its web-based procurement support application (SmartProc).

The SmartProc application is designed to assist the Procurement Division of PT PLN Gas & Geothermal in preparing procurement documents such as DRP, RKS, HPE, HPS, and contract documents in a more systematic and structured manner, as well as more effectively and efficiently, in accordance with each user’s role within the system.

The output of the SmartProc application consists of documents that have been digitally signed by approvers, as well as draft documents to be signed by hand (offline)

Another hope for this event is that PT PLN Gas & Geothermal will continue to strive to improve its procurement processes to make them more effective and efficient. In line with the PLN Transformation Program, digitalization has become one of the cornerstones that the PLN Group has been and will continue to develop, including in the area of goods and services procurement systems.

Of course, this effort is aimed at continuously improving the supply chain system to make it more integrated and efficient.
