Integrated Skills Development and Certification – Balai Pungut

The PESAT–BP Program (Integrated Skills Development and Certification – Balai Pungut) is a corporate social responsibility initiative by PLN Energi Gas in the field of education, launched in response to the limited employment opportunities for D3–S1 graduates in the village of Balai Pungut.
Through a collaboration with PLN Nusantara Power ULPLTG/MG Duri, this program takes the form of general occupational safety and health (K3) training and certification to equip the younger generation with additional skills relevant to industry needs, thereby opening up broader job opportunities and promoting sustainable improvements in the well-being and economy of the village.
Program Objectives
- To enhance the competencies and skills of the community, particularly D3–S1 graduates in Balai Pungut Village.
- Providing General Occupational Safety and Health (K3) certification as an added value in the workplace.
- Creating employment opportunities at local companies.
- Promoting the independence and competitiveness of the younger generation.
- Contribute to improving the well-being of the community and the village economy.
